Mine did that because I was not connected to the internet. I installed a USB port wifi card. It then registered ni oroblem!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No look on the system itself you will see a scratching label where the IMEX number or serial number is. When you see this scratch it off and place the numbers in the box that is asking you to activate. Hope this help answer your question.

Once I saw that answer I stop browsing this product and most likely will NEVER computer shop at Best Buy again. I am also planning to send a screenshot of this entire question and the answer to Microsoft!
