Just pull it up or down.

The monitor is adjustable moving up and down. Simply pull from the top or push from the bottom... Gently. It also tilts forward and backward. You can control this by gently pushing or pulling the monitor at the center of the bottom of the monitor.

You just gently lift it or push it down. There's no button or anything.

If you push up from the base of the monitor it should move up rather easily. Just make sure your hands are balanced as to not shake the screen too much. If you push in and out at the base you can tilt the monitor as well. I just use the base as it seems the most sturdy area from which to make these moves.

Only the angle can be adjusted. The height cannot be adjusted.
