A:AnswerI got the 4K UHD 70” LG about one month ago as a replacement for a 70” Vizio 4K tv that was three and a half years old. I have found the picture quality to be excellent. The tv was easy to set up and easy to use. I would give it the highest quality rating in every respect and recommend that you give the LG tv’s a close look before you buy.
A:AnswerThis tv although it comes with the 2 legs, I do not suggest using them, it’s a must to mount to the wall, buy the 60 dollar mount and you will be glad you mounted it to wall, takes up no space on wall. I was gonna put mine on counter too but no way, too big to not mount on wall !!!

Unfortunately, this is an issue that cannot be resolved online and we recommend that you contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 where a Support Representative can walk you through the setup and do some troubleshooting while you are infront of the TV. Before you contact them, make sure that you are using the 2.4 GHz band on your router if it is a dual band router. This function does not work on a 5 GHz band...^IFV
