Hi!
You just lift up and pull out. 
That is for inside shelves and the side doors. 
The side doors are a little bit tight to pull out.

Thank you for raising your concern regarding LG Refrigerator. To adjust the shelves in your LG LRFLC2706S refrigerator, follow these simple steps:

•Open the refrigerator door fully.
•Lift the back of the shelf slightly and pull it forward to remove.
•To reinstall, tilt the front of the shelf up and guide the hooks into the slots at the desired height.
•Lower the front of the shelf so the hooks drop into place.
•Make sure the shelf is level from side to side once installed.
