Hi, my headphones connect to lightspeed and bluetooth, but when I try to switch between the two, bluetooth doesn't work if the lightspeed usb is inserted in my laptop. when i take it out, bluetooth then works - when i put the usb back in, it stops again. null

yes that is normal behavior.. you cant use both simultaneously. if you plug in the dongle, it expects lightspeed.

Same here. Seems to me that the USB dongle takes priority.
