My imperfect measuring gave me this.

Base width at widest spot:
2"
Widest spot measured from above (It's wider at the top than the bottom):
2.5"
Longest length at base:
4.25"
Height at the tallest point:
1.5"

I like it especially because I'm starting to have connective tissue issues with my hands and this mouse doesn't force my hand to be overstretched.
