My mouse had the same issue. Turns out that you need to fix the dpi. In my case, I had to press the button near the scroll wheel one time, and that resolved the issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The same thing happened to me. I've had my mouse for a couple years and it never had a problem. Then I let my daughter use it and it was suddenly running unusably slow. I found that there is this button on the top that I never used. I pressed it and it togged between slow and fast. (See Image)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They have a button that change the DPI and for me combine with windows augmented precision that slow down the cursor in function of DPI it was pacing as a snail with the entire wrist movement only doing half the screen. even at max mouse sensitivity of 20. I spent half an hours in the registery to tweak the value just to have a mistakenly pushed button be the reason... The button is on top behind the wheel.

Alternately, make sure you don't have any other mouse plugged in by wire or wireless. I accidentally had my old Deathadder plugged in and it made this mouse much slower. I couldn't figure it out so I went to change USB ports and saw the old one still plugged in. 2a. I had already uninstalled the RAZER software, but I wouldn't be surprised if that could make other devices slow, too. 3. Make sure you plug it into the fastest USB port. If you have an older PC, it might have multiple speed USB ports. Try switching it and rebooting it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I struggled with the sensitivity settings on this mouse at first. In pointer settings, make sure you have enough "DPI Sensitivity Levels" enabled so you have the higher resolution modes available to you. With only 1 DPI Sensitivity level enabled it caps at 850 resolution, 2 gives you up to 1450, 3 6750 and so one....Then you can choose where you want your "quick switch" presets to be. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think is defective... the mouse that I have work well... even for gaming
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.my g403 is doing the same thing. it is like freezing for a few seconds at a time. ive had a razer mamba in the past that did the same thing. ive tried everything from changing the polling rate and calibrating the surface to reinstalling drivers and restarting my computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Install the Logitech mouse software to change the dpi
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would recommend using a clear line of sight between the mouse receiver, this can improve latency drastically. As far as speed goes you can adjust the speed (DPI) in the Logitech gaming software. Hopefully this helps Nick- Best Buy
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you download the most current logitech software (from logitech's website) you can modify and upload up to 5 different dpi profiles (rather than using the preloaded stock ones). The higher you set the dpi, the less you have to physically move the mouse for it to register greater movement on your screen. This same software also lets you modify the mouses rgb capabilities and custom tune it to your specific mouse pad. Plus, the cool thing is all of the saved information actually saves directly on the mouse. Therefore, if you decide to bring it somewhere you will not need to download the software again to the new computer - just plug and play.
