Not sure what is going on. No Atoms is included in the GHUB and no code is included the package. I had to buy it in the Microsoft store separately.

Yes you have to install the "free" Adobe Access App from the windows app store. Then you have to "Subscribe" for the right to unlocking ATMOS capability on the APP. (This is a Dolby thing so don't blame Logitech). When I did this a few months ago, the first year was free, then each year was something like $10-$15. Some of the headset makers are including a free coupon for an extra year. One nice thing is that the app works across multiple platforms with the same subscriptions (at least PC and XBOX is what I have).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to have the Dolby Access app installed to enable Dolby Atmos for Headphones. There is a free trial, but it also requires a subscription afterwards. Once installed, the option will show right under the Windows Sonic option.

After that, reinstall G Hub and make sure that you're Lightspeed receiver is plugged into your computer. - Richard from Logitech
