I would say i have small hands and for the most part can use it. There are an up/down button set for the thumb to control and I can’t use the up one but my thumb is short compared to most people’s or to my left.
You can get these ergonomic mice for either left or right hand but you can’t switch it like the mice we grew up with so pick a side…

I think it might work better with small hands. I have big hands and because of that side of hand touches mouse pad which I don’t like.

The Lift is for someone who has small to medium hands. For larger hands I’d go for the MX Vertical version.

It doesn’t have different sizes but I’m a woman with smaller hands and I’ve had no issues switching to this mouse.
