My M310 died - will the 350 need a new driver? null

You most likely need a whole new mouse, they are fairly cheap I recommend the logitech M325. It was on sale for $9.99 when I purchased it. I have had no problems at all. Wireless Mouse no drivers.

If it does, the driver comes with the mouse.

Nope you should be able to use the same driver.

Assuming you are referring to the M325, a new driver will not be required.
