You simply plug in the little connector piece into your usb slot. If it doesn't connect automatically (which it should) - make sure the batteries are working (you'll see the bottom light up red) and then press the "Connect" button on the bottom of the mouse.

There is a connector device right inside the mouse where the battery is located. Carefully remove the small device. (It looks like a small flash drive). You plug the connector into the computer and turn on the mouse with the on/ off button that is located underneath the mouse.

Hello, Tish! Your M325 should have come with a small USB receiver, either in the box or in the bottom of the mouse next to the battery. You will want to plug this into your computer and turn on the switch at the bottom of your mouse. - Maggie from Logitech
