• Yes it does, via Bluetooth. The mouse has 3 profiles, I have it paired to the tablet, then home pc, and work pc.

• I used it for my windows 7 Lenovo Thinkpad laptop and my Microsoft Surface Pro 5. and its working smoothly. I don't have galaxy Tab s4 but If the galaxy Tab S4 has Bluetooth smart then it should work fine. I just checked the Tab S4 and it has (Bluetooth v5.0 (LE up to 2 Mbps)) adn that should work with the mouse. https://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/tablets/galaxy-tab-s/galaxy-tab-s4-10-5-s-pen-included-64gb-black-att-sm-t837azkaatt/#specs the other way to connect this mouse is thru the unifying USB.
