What does open box mean ? null

It means that someone has purchased and opened the box. They either didn’t like it, or it didn’t meet their needs. It then has been returned for either a refund or credit for something else. Generally, an open box is brand new and has the same warranty as buying a unit that has not been opened. Sometimes they may be missing packing material and possibly literature.

Typically means someone purchased it, opened it, and returned it. Varying degrees of usage (as noted in the item's description) by the original user. I've purchased a number of open box items and have never had any issues. Plus it helps you save a few bucks.
