Yes it can be hard wired, the installation directions explain it. I don’t know why these other comments say the opposite , just take a look at the install manual online and it shows how. Not difficult at all.

Yes, there is a junction box at the inside front right of the dishwasher that accommodates a direct connection with your wiring or, alternatively, to connect a power cord with a plug from an installation kit.

Anything with an on/off switch that is normally plugged in can be hardwired but it's preferable not to. I would suggest that instead of 'hard wiring' the dishwasher to the 'wire' you install an outlet to the 'wire' that you can then plug the dishwasher into. If you don't understand basic household electrical circuits and how to work with it safely or If the 'wire' is not actually 3 wires or 3 wires in a cable then you will need to call an electrician.
