The build quality is much much better. There is also eye tracking technology. The quality of the external cameras for passthrough is much better. The controllers, because they have inside out tracking, each have a high-end CPU in them equivalent to what you might find in high-end phone. The controllers alone are $300 if bought separately. There is also a nice wireless charging dock included. That said I'm not sure it justifies a $1,500 price tag, but it is a lot better than the regular Quest
