Router: Open a browser, enter your router's IP address in the URL bar to open the admin interface, then look for a list of connected devices.
Chrome extension: Install the Remoku add-on for Chrome, open the Remoku settings, then scan your network's IP address.

You do not need to know your ip address to use an antenna. Signals are broadcast over the air. All you need to do is connect the antenna to the back of your TV and scan the TV for channels.
