QuestionWhat about the error message on my screen stating, "This device is not supported"?This has been asked before but I see no answer yet on why it is happening and what can be done - the mophie device suddenly will not sync with my phone and provide a charge to it.

- Answer happens to me time to time from what i can tell it seems to be a connection if you remove phone clean mophie inside and phone then inspect contact points and clean at phone and on mophie where the 2 halfs come together reinstall phone in larger half of case and make sure phone is firmly inside then install second half pushing both parts together and firmly to phone and make sure switch is in the on position

QuestionThere does not seem to be an on/off switch with this Mophie model. How do you prevent it from draining down if you cannot turn it off when fully charged?

- Answer Yes, there is an adaptor, however you can push the iPhone headset further into the mope and they work fine.

QuestionIs this device not supported by iOS7??After updating my iPhone 5 to iOS7, I am receiving an error message on my screen that says this device is not supported. Is it because of the software update? It worked just fine with iOS6. Has anyone else had this issue?

- Answer I have seen this issue with other iPhones and it turns out to be the cord itself.
