Q: QuestionHi, My phone is now caught in a Boot Loop and I am not sure how I can fix it. I have Tello.com as my service provider. I bought the phone in March 2017. Is there any way I can fix it myself?

• A:Answer We use TracFone service and some of the functions are limited. For example, Tracfone does not support wifi calling or call forwarding with Motorola devices, however, I have heard that T-Mobile DOES support these features. I have not had any issues with 4G LTE yet though.

This phone works in and outside the US but can't guarantee that all carrier features will work outside the US as this phone is a US variant and has a different band. I would suggest contacting your preferred service provider to see if this phone will work with their service.
