Yes you can and it will add it to your balance. It will not charge your card until your balance from your Gift card runs out.

Yes you can. Just log into your account and apply the code and it will be used towards your monthly fee until it's used up.

Absolutely! Just log into Netflix, go to "Account" from the top right dropdown menu from your profile icon, then just under your payment method there should be a link for "Redeem gift card or promo code". Your credit will show up just above where it says "your account is paid until..." so you can keep track of how much balance is remaining.
