It sure will and it will make the wifi much faster than the one they provide.

Yes it will work with Time Warner Cable (TWC) Internet Service; however, you will need to contact TWC to let them know you have it so they can turn on whatever it is that they have to turn on to let it work.

I have it hooked up to the TWC modem supplied as a rental and it works fine. The device itself was really to setup so I assume there was no issue with compatibility to TWC's service.

Our office isnt w/Time Warner, but we're on Comcast. It should be fine. So long it is programmed currently for your home or office.

I called Time Warner and they said I now have 400Mbps download speed, but my Netgear R7000 will only transmit 30-40 Mbps. (Much less on the weekend) Time Warner told me that I needed to contact Netgear to have them correct it. I called Netgear and for a mere $130/yr. they would help me receive the speed I upgraded to through Time Warner. For the last two years I had only 100 Mbps service and needed to upgrade to 400 Mbps to do movie streaming without constant buffering. Even though Netgear claims my router can produce 1900 Mbps, it will not transmit the faster signal unless I pay them. I even tried a factory reset which did nothing. Netgears customer service is probably the worst I have ever encountered. I will never buy another Netgear product.
