NO. By using this device, your printer becomes part of your WIRED network. If you know the IP that the printer got (usually via DHCP) then you can then connect to it on your desktop/laptop via said IP (see Google on printer port settings and how to setup).

You cannot turn your printer into Wireless unless it is a WIRELESS PRINTER. it has to come from the manufacturer that way. send me model # and i can check for you

You could plug an ethernet capable printer into this, yes.

Most new printers have built in wifi all you need to do is connect the printer to your devices wifi
