I have had Geek Squad tech come out for my old computer because it was slow and I was getting a blue screen once in a while. They take time to check everything. My computer was over 10 years old and I just finally gave in and bought a new one. What a difference in speed! They used to come out for free with the old plan, but now they've changed the terms and it costs $150 to come out even if you have the full plan. But, there would probably be worth it instead of having to take a desktop computer in to the store.
