Is this lens compatible with the Nikon D3000? null

No, the AF-P DX NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3 ED Lens will not work on the Nikon D3000 Digital SLR camera. The D3000 is not compatible with our newer AF-P electromagnetic focus system. The D3000 will work with AF-S, D and G type lenses.

Not compatible. I found out the hard way after buying the lens on e-Bay. :-(

Should be. My d3300 if an f mount and it worked.
