- Answer We do not recommend using an extension cord. A short power-supply cord is used to reduce the risk of children grabbing the cord or becoming entangled and to reduce the risk of people tripping over a longer cord.

QuestionHow does Ninja Foodi OP101 differ from OP301 model?

- Answer We are happy to help you with your inquiry. The main difference between the OP101 and OP301 is the size. The OP101 is a 5 quart system and the OP301 is a 6.5 quart system. The other difference between them is the functions. The OP101 has 7 functions, Pressure, Steam, Slow Cook, Yogurt, Sear/Sauté, Air Crisp, and Bake/Roast. The OP301 has 7 functions, Pressure, Steam, Slow Cook, Sear/Sauté, Air Crisp, Bake/Roast, and Broil.

- Answer Hello TXMom, We are happy to assist you with your inquiry. We would like you to know that you can cook a 6 to 8 pound turkey breast in the Ninja - Foodi™ with Tendercrisp™ 6.5 Quart Multi-Cooker. To cook the turkey breast (bone in), you need a cup of water. Using the pressure lid, set the pressure to high and cook for 40 to 50 minutes. Once it has completed, release the pressure quickly. Carefully remove lid when unit has finished releasing pressure. Brush the skin of the turkey with canola oil or spray with cooking spray. Season with preferred seasoning. Close crisping lid. Select AIR CRISP, set temperature to 400°F, and set time to 15 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin. Cook until desired level of crispness is reached, adding up to 5 additional minutes. Cooking is complete when internal temperature reaches 165°F. QuestionMy pressure relief valve must be fiddled with to get unit working. No positive means to assure lock. Is this normal? Pressure relief valve also falls off lid.

- Answer The pressure release valve's loose fit is intentional; it enables a quick and easy transition between SEAL and VENT and helps regulate pressure by releasing small amounts of steam during cooking to ensure great results. Make sure it is turned as far as possible toward the SEAL position when pressure cooking and as far as possible toward the VENT position when quick releasing steam.
