We appreciate your interest in our rowers.   The NordicTrack RW500 Rower has a 5” Backlit Display to keep track of your workout stats with readouts that include watts, strokes per minute, total strokes, time, calories, distance, and 500 m split.

The RW200 is still a great machine, but it has a smaller display and a slightly smaller flywheel size and weight than the RW500.

The RW500 comes with a bigger screen, and it’s own detachable iFit tablet. I got it on sales for $150 more than the RW200, which is a very good rower too, but I wanted the extra bells and whistles and the free year of iFit.
