• Yes, but if you want to ever upgrade any part in ur pc I would recommend 750w or 850w power supply

• Manufacturer recommends 650W psu for the 4070S, but nvidia gpus have seen spikes up to 20-30% more than TDP. 650W should work find depending on what CPU you have.
