Yes, you can install terrarium tv. I have had my device only a few days and have it all set up with various apks. Just go online and watch you tube videos. Mine is a Christmas gift for my daughter.

Yes, you can install terrarium tv on the shield. I've just had my device for less than a week and have loaded various apks. Very easy, just go online to you tube and watch videos. Walk you thru each step.
