Has a card in case with info on getting free holster and you do have to pay shipping. Problem is that it’s been out of stock for two weeks so that stinks. I returned mine because of the hassle. No thanks otterbox.

I agree. The cases are getting weaker, in my opinion. My last phone, broke the corner of the screen. I've never broken anything with anBOtterbox......until now. Nuy a new phone and find out that my NEW Defender case doesn't come with a holster, but I can scan a QR code to get one for free? That's SO WEAK! Extreme lameness in the name of profitability. REALLY REALLY LAME, OTTERBOX
