QuestionCan you turn off the Rotating LED on the Command Bar?

- Answer No, you cannot. This is a functionality of Alexa and shows you that "she" has awakened and is waiting for your command. You cannot change the wake work on Alexa with the limited functionality of the device. The only thing would be to disable Alexa altogether and not use that part of the sound bar, in which case I'd recommend getting a different device altogether.

QuestionCan the soundbar be mounted under a TV that is wall mounted by connecting it to the wall mount? There are several third party brackets available to do this but are there mounting holes on the sound bar?

- Answer There are keyhole slots for mounting, and I used a third party bracket to hang the sound bar under my TV. It comes with spacers so you ca run wires/cables behind the sound bar.

QuestionWe keep having several issues, alexa keeps freezing the alexa rotating light even freezes, may happen before or after alexa completes her task may take 5 minutes to get the sound back on the tv. Happens almost every time now. Reseting doesn't help.

- Answer Good luck..I tried figuring this out and just gave up. This bar was terrible from day one. Like so.many other companies it's time for polk to go back their programmers and design a whole new app..polk connect is awful..never finds my wifi and when it does it stays connected for about 5mins..I'll be going back to bose..waste of money.
