• A:Answer No it is a refurbished one with out any warranty..kinda feel like they didn't care that the ad is wrong and especially without knowing the reason why it was repaired only to be told that i should by a warrenty from best buy.

• A:Answer Called my local store and was told refurbished models do come with a one year manufacturers warrenty.
