We live in a two story house. The Ring Chime is about 25 feet from the Doorbell. We had a little trouble so I moved it closer. Subsequent to buying the Ring Chime, we bought a Ring Chime Pro. Extending the Ring Chimes own wireless network fixed the problem. We now have one upstairs and one down stairs and life is good. Not a cheap solution but a perfect one. BBDPEG
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you can get wifi signal from the same place that the doorbell is getting its signal (has to be on the same network), then it will work. But, if you are on a different network, it won't work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works off your Wi-Fi. Put it anywhere in your home you want, as long as your Wi-Fi reaches there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works via wifi to your router and not to the video doorbell itself. As long as there is wifi that it will connect to there isn't an issue with it operating.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's all through wifi so as long as the wifi is on the same network you are good.
