• Hi Difference, Thanks for reaching out. The main difference between our Ring Video Doorbell and our Ring Video Doorbell 2 is the field of view as well as the video resolution. Our Ring Video Doorbell has a field of view of 180 degrees horizontal where as our Ring Video Doorbell 2 is 160 degrees horizontal, 90 degrees vertical. Additionally, the video resolution of our Ring Video Doorbell is 720p HD and our Ring Video Doorbell 2 is 1080p HD.
