I would call ring or get online and ask for or create a new account and provide them the information and see if you can utilize the ring camera that was left behind at your home. I have two ring cameras but they are at both of my homes. I just activated my new camera at my new home a few weeks ago. I just left my older camera at my older home since my son lives there . I already paid for a year of service at the older home anyway.
