A:AnswerThe main roller brushes are silicone or rubber. Customer Service told me this model doesn’t have their “Obstacle Avoidance Feature.” It will tangle up paper, socks, towels that fell off the hook, cords, strings, and if you have pets poop which it smears then sucks into its self emptying bin!
The rollers come out easily to help with detangling but it won’t avoid the items unless you buy a more expensive model.

A:AnswerNo. After it mops you need to remove & hand scrub the mopping pad. It only comes with one that you need to wet before it mops and clean after it mops.
