Of course it works on the Disney Plus channel, I haven't heard of the Spectrum app, I assume it is a cable company, but all you have to do is search for Spectrum TV in the Channel Store.

To add Spectrum TV to your Roku:
Make sure your Roku account is activated and is connected to the internet.
Using your Roku remote, go to the Roku Channel Store.
Search for Spectrum TV in the Roku Channel Store and install the Spectrum TV channel.

I believe I answered your Disney Plus, Spectrum app before, but of course it does Hulu also.
