• You need to use the supplied 3ft optical cable and go from the tv to the sound bar. Remove the protective covers off the ends of the cable if installed. The cable ends needs to be rotated to align up properly with the tv and sound bar connections. When correctly aligned push it in and will it "click" when it is fully engaged. " Make sure not to kink the optical cables !
