I don't think you can, ours was very strong at the beginning also but when we changed the water filter the first time, the pressure was less.

Time for a new filter, hopefully it will not return to the stronger flow.

Thanks for your interest in the RH22H9010SR. The water pressure from this and other Samsung Refrigerator is determined primarily by the incoming (supplied) water pressure from your home and also by the water filter. If the filter is unclogged and the supplied pressure is between the recommended 20-125 psi, a 6 oz glass should fill in approximately 10 seconds. - Ms. Samsung
