Instructions say turn water off first, Samsung rep said in another post it's necessary t reduce pressure.... In which case may prove difficult for many people to do because water supply valve is typically on back wall so fridge will need to be pulled out to access valve... Previous 2008 Samsung fridge didn't require this step so filter technology has regressed up to 2020??

It’s really simple to do the filter is located in the front of the refrigerator at the bottom. You turn it pull it out and replace it’s that simple.
