Yes, you can use the microwave when reheating your food and use the oven for your general cooking and baking needs at the same time.

I have shared the manual to learn more about the upper microwave's basic operations on pages 22-27 and page 38 for the lower oven.

Yes, both can be operated separately, so we can use both of them at same time
