Humidity control of 2 crisper drawers Although this refrigerator has good overall features but it does not seem to have humidity control for 2 crisper drawers it has. Humidity control is an important and critical feature of crisper drawers so that either fruits or vegetables can be kept in them and humidity set accordingly, because fruits and vegetables need different humidity. Can someone help me understand why this control is missing from this what can be done about it?

So far that has not been a problem since the refrigerator is spacious . I do keep a box of baking soda in my refrigerator to help . More area can give things more area to breathe. also one of the bottoms can be used as a frig, partial freeze, or fill freeze .

Thanks for your answer and explanation but since fruits and vegetables have opposing humidity needs (one needs low and the other needs high), how can having one humidity level keep both have them fresh?

I have this fridge and it has never worked properly. It was already replaced once, and the second one was worse than the first. There is no provision to control the humidity in the crisper drawers. Nothing can be done about it. It is a feature that they didn't think was important enough to include in their top-of-the-line refrigerator. I, for one, will never buy another Samsung appliance.

After reviewing this products specifications it is determined that there is in fact a humidity-controlled crisper. There are two humidity-controlled crispers to keep your fruits and vegetables fresher longer. There are a total of four temperature settings so that your cooling can be customized.
