“I have read the entire manual many times but I still don't understand how the washing machine knows if the load is Bedding (which is large and heavy), and Waterproof items that are small and light not absorbing the water. The water level definitely differ”

Please know that we value your feedback, and we will continue working on improving the quality of the products we offer. The system will weigh your load; since BEDDING/WATERPROOF is on the same cycle, the amount of water will be ajusted by the system after weighing it. In line with this, the unit should be leveled appropriately and calibrated for accuracy. For waterproof fabrics, only use the BEDDING/WATERPROOF cycle. It only takes a few minutes, and it never hurts to do it periodically. Just make sure you've got your washing machine right where you want it first and that it's nice and secure before calibrating it.
