According to the owners manual, 4C2 is a trouble code referring to the cold water supply hose being improperly connected, possibly causing your delicate wash to fill with hot water. Your machine is programmed to wash delicates in cool or cold water. Probably check with whoever performs maintenance for you, and find out if the cold water is attached properly and if it is turned on.
