• Yes it can and in my area i recieved 45 stations out of 61.

• If you mean "Rabbit TV" by Telebrands, that is designed for computers and is not compatible with the television platform. That said, a computer can be connected to the television with an HDMI connection to show whatever appears on your computer screen. So you can use the Rabbit drive on your computer, and connect your computer to your TV - but you would need a computer for the Rabbit TV by Telebrands.
