Hi DeejayJavier, Thank you for the review. Lets us check some setting to take care of the autofill pitcher function. The AutoFill is setting defaults to off on new models because the water line may not be connected when the refrigerator is first powered on. Please see the link for more details. Autofill water pitcher doesn't fill https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01201488/ Automatically fill your water pitcher in your Samsung fridge https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062328/ To prevent accidental setting changes, press and hold the Door Alarm for 3 seconds. The main panel will be disabled, and the Lock indicator ( padlock) will turn on. When the Lock is on, the indicator blinks if any button on the main panel is pressed. Once the panel is unlocked, you can go ahead and try to activate the autofill feature. Should you need more assistance, please feel free to get back to us via the following options: 1. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In the Samsung SmartThings app, once you have added your refrigerator and clicked into it on your app, you can see temperature for Fridge, Freezer, Ice Maker and Flex Zone. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right snd choose Settings. There will be a slider for Sabbath Mode and a slider for AutoFill Pitcher. Slide it to the right so that it’s on.
