I have just got an A15 and have this same question. I am actually getting calls, texts and data but can't access my voicemail. Guy at Xfinity store said A series Samsung and all Motorola phones are not 'compatible' - he seemed to be surprised what was actually working.. Seems Xfinity wants to sell these phones themselves (they actually sell the A15 but I wanted the light blue so got at Best Buy), but only 'their' model is considered compatible..... I'm only around 2 more months for Xfinity mobile so keeping the phone (while the combined home internet/mobile plan is great, I've had lots of issues on the mobile side so will go back to T-Mobile most likely).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Is it compatible with visible is and is there a known issue with the screen I have a screen protector on my phone and my phone has to basically become unreadable no damage to the phone at all screen not damage or anything I had it less than 30 days got it on December 28th who would I need to speak with it? T-Mobile or Samsung to start the process for faulty issue with my phone for replacement I was told that Samsung will be either one from what you broke it and told me. And I didn't get insurance on this phone what I've got it but under family plan

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Greetings Jrelbebe, thank you for finding the time out of your bustling day to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy A15. The advertised unlocked Galaxy A15 works on the 4G LTE and 5G wireless networks. It is actually compatible with Verizon as well as AT&T, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Google Fi, H2O Wireless, MetroPCS, Mint Mobile, Simple Mobile, T-Mobile, Ting Mobile, Ultra Mobile, and US Cellular. Considering this is an unlocked device, we suggest reaching out to Xfinity Mobile to inquire if this device would also be compatible on their network with the information that has been shared above. If you think of any other questions for us, do not hesitate to reach out to Samsung Support at your leisure. Thank you for being a dedicated Samsung customer. - Debra
