• The Samsung Galaxy Book Flex 13.3 and 15.6 uses LPDDR4X ram which are soldered, so no upgrades to ram are possible. The 13.3 model has 8GB of ram and the 15.6 model has 12GB of ram.

• Unfortunately the RAM is soldered so you are unable to upgrade it.

• The ion comes with 8G soldered into the board and has one slot that you can add up to to 32G of SODIMM DDR4 memory

• I'm pretty sure that it not user friendly to upgrade the Ram or SSD you take to the geek squad or Samsung service center for them to do it.
