“I have these earbuds and can not figure out why when I am running hills, the volume goes down on its own?? I don’t touch or anything. Also, my IPhone setting are not on any noise safety protocols, so for the life of me I can not figure it out.”

• Are you sweating? I had that issue with sweating where it seemed like it was doing something to the controls before the earbud finally quit. Unless it's jostling around maybe. Do yoy have the touch controls turned off? That might help...

• The bud is moving in your ear, it took me a bit to notice this also. The slightest shift can create a gap giving a lower sound, just adjust better, tighter to your ear. It worked for me. It's worth a try for you.
