• I have this phone unlocked and use it on tmobile. This will also work with Verizon, they are not only CDMA, they are GSM also. Fyi.

• Yes it will work. I have Verizon and purchased an unlocked fold. Verizon will have to install their nic card in which they will do for free at a Verizon location. I haven't had any issues and everything works perfectly.
