Yes you can ... This was taken care of right @ BestBuy.

Sort of, with the exception of any applications that have been side-loaded. All you need to do is use the same Google account from you EVO when setting up your Galaxy Note. You can then launch the Play Store on your Note, select the downloaded applications option and then reinstall anything you want. It will NOT however carry over game saves, files you've created, etc., unless they were saved on an SD card.
