- Answer It's a Stylus that can be used for various things. As a remote to take pictures, to write notes, to screen write, to do a screen grab. It's very useful. Once you have it you'll miss when you don't.

QuestionWhy does this business bother to advertise and continually advertise items unavailable. We have seen the same item on here for OVER two weeks that can NOT be shipped and NOWHERE within 250 miles for pick up .......... of course it pops up in every search

- Answer Because Best Buy is slowly dying much like its brick and mortar counterparts did, Radio Shack, Sears, Kmart, etc. I don't even understand why they still exist since all they sell are subpar TVs and dubious appliances.

- Answer Yes. Price is for phone only. You can download an app to make calls or text like messenger or whatsapp without a phone plan but you must be connected to wifi internet. Will not connect without internet or phone plan.
